The location is nice and magnificent, not too far from a large medieval baptistery. The wonderful restaurant especially for breakfast is a nice plus.

The bathrooms are poor.

Great way to end our trip. Comfortable base for 4 nights. Perfectly clean and huge unit with TV. Great swimming pool. Stunning and particularly good location close to restaurants, Tepozteco pyramid hike, and the center of Tepoztlán.

The room is lovely romantic and with climate control and a dining area. Mountain view from the window is stunningly beautiful...

The location in a nice area was marvellous and beautiful and there were boutiques and a market nearby. Liked to hang out in the centre, it's not very far from the hotel. I ate at a magnificent restaurant especially for breakfast. It was beautiful and had a good view of the mountains:)))

Breakfast here included yummy granola and fresh yoghurt. the spot is great, super close to a cool indoor arena 🎉.

The staff and the owner were all really helpful. The restaurant was small especially for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The view of the mountains was delightful, loved it👍

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Excellent location close to the town center, shops, and nature. - Decent food options nearby like Restaurante Axitla, just a 5-minute walk away. - Well-decorated rooms with good bathrooms. - the staff is very kind and accommodating.
